Its modern rooms feature 42" inch flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel offers an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, hot tub, and laundry facilities. Guests can dine at The Bistro, which serves American breakfast, dinner, and full-service bar, or grab snacks at the 24-hour Courtyard Market.

The location is perfect for an Everglades AirBoat Tour—just a 15‑minute drive. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious, but the hotel felt like a nursing home, smelled old and dusty, and was plain and forgettable. We checked in late and were given a room with two double beds; the moment we entered, the sweat‑like odor made it hard to breathe. Body odor filled everything and there was no fresh air. The AC was very noisy. We asked for a different room right away and they swapped it; the new room still smelled old and wasn’t refreshed, and I don’t think they ever open the windows. The bathroom was antique and outdated. Breakfast was odd: you had to order at the counter and they served prepackaged items, no self‑serve buffet. I asked for an omelette and they made it for me.
