The new, well‑maintained building is run by a very warm family who are eager to give us local tips. Breakfast is outstanding, featuring fresh produce and homemade sweets. The setting is surrounded by greenery yet still close to Lanciano and the main beaches.

The property feels brand‑new, spotless, and fully equipped with every comfort you could want. The staff are friendly, helpful, and meticulous about every little thing. Breakfast is excellent, served in a dedicated room, offering a wide range of fresh local pastries and a very generous savory selection. The location is quiet, scenic, and not far from the city center… a refined and comfortable spot. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Gaeta Room Lanciano and was very satisfied. I especially appreciated the flawless cleanliness, the comfort of the room, and the excellent breakfast, which included delicious bocconotti and other specialties. The only downside was the location: upon arrival the property was not immediately easy to spot because the sign was hard to see from the road. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I recommend.
