“Great location for all areas of north Norfolk”
The location was lovely and quiet, close to an excellent inn for evening meals, the breakfast was fabulous, and the owners were very keen and attentive.

The experience was flawless, with everything meeting my expectations and no issues whatsoever.
Great getaway with my dog, loved the meadows and woodland on site and an easy walk to The Ostrich for dinner. Lovely bright and well appointed room, bathroom has the wow factor. A wonderful stay

The room and bed were exceptionally cozy, and the shower and bathroom were top‑class; breakfast was delicious, and Bob and Inez were genuinely welcoming. The duvet felt a bit too warm for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference.

We stayed in the Oak room, which offered plenty of space, a large bathroom featuring a walk‑in shower and a freestanding bath, and it was spotless and comfortable; the breakfast selection was also very good.
