The location was great, the staff were excellent, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The TV was broken at check‑in; after it was reset it only had about half of the expected channels. The elevator needed resetting because a part was on order and it would stop working.

Overall, this was a great stay: the staff were friendly and helpful, the room, bed, and pillows were very comfortable, the shower on the fourth floor had consistent, fast hot water, and breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby, and parking was ample. The main problem was breakfast: the weekend staff had apparently used all the cinnamon rolls, so none were available during my three‑day stay, which is your signature item. Miss Betty, a real treasure, made some of the best biscuits and provided a great breakfast each day, but on my last morning the early‑breakfast person called out at 5:30 am. The hotel called her, and she rushed over on her day off to set up breakfast, but those of us arriving early had no plates and little food because she was scrambling to get everything running. We managed, but it definitely detracted from an otherwise great stay. That needs to be sorted out.

The front‑desk team on Saturday around 1:30 pm were really helpful and let us in early, and the breakfast staff were friendly and kind. I tried the tub for muscle spasms, but it was covered in black mold that came up from the drain. The AC stopped running partway through the night, the elevator was broken so we had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor—my health issues made that a nightmare—and the front desk was unhelpful. There was no pool, spa, or jacuzzi.
