A private entrance opens onto a patio and balcony that overlook the garden, mountains and the pool. The two‑bedroom layout sleeps six with extra‑long beds, a sofa bed and a crib. Two private bathrooms each include a shower, bathtub, bidet, hair‑dryer, towels and free toiletries. Air‑conditioning, heating, sound‑proof walls, a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels and streaming services, free Wi‑Fi, a coffee machine, a desk with a bedside socket, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and barbecue) provide comfort and convenience.

“Six days of pure nature, intimacy and heartfelt hospitality on a magical estate and typical "Quinta"”
Quinta da Utopia was the highlight of our two weeks in Portugal — a place you never want to leave, and genuinely never need to. The house sits on hectares of private land, beautifully restored and furnished as if it were our own home, every detail quietly telling the story of the estate and of the family who has been bringing it back to life since 1990. We came looking for peace and real isolation — to fall asleep to insects and wake to birdsong, to live at the pace of nature — and that is exactly what we found. Our children foraged fruit straight from the garden, played football, flew down the zip line strung between two trees; we read in the countless shaded corners scattered across the grounds, worked on excellent Wi-Fi under the great fig tree on the terrace, and watched films at night, startled by the sounds of the wild. Above all there is Hugo and his family, who welcomes you with genuine warmth and shares, with contagious passion, the story of a family project generations in the making. You don't simply stay at the Quinta — you become part of its story. We will come back very soon!. Mobile coverage on the estate is limited — but the fast Wi-Fi covers everything, and the disconnection is really part of the magic
The host was incredibly welcoming, and the pool was fantastic; the entire grounds are spacious and beautifully natural. The only downside was the lack of space to store luggage or clothes.

The outdoor space is huge, well‑maintained, and has different areas for various times of day and ages: a dining area with barbecue, a pool with different furniture for relaxing and sunbathing (or shade), a football field for children, a slide, traditional games for kids and adults, and the possibility of walks/BTT. Nothing to point out!

Everything was perfect—our host, Mr. Hugo, was attentive, caring, and always available, never leaving us wanting anything. We were greeted with little treats upon arrival, and the house is fully equipped with thoughtful details. The outdoor area feels very cozy, the pool is excellent, and we only hear the soothing sounds of nature. We’ll definitely come back.
