If you’re looking for fresh vibes or simply want to relax and slow down without leaving the comfort of home, this is the place that has it all…you’ll feel welcomed, pampered, and served with love just like when you went to your grandmother’s house in the countryside…those colors, those scents, everything clean, the coffee on the stove, she busy cooking or preparing sweets for everyone…I don’t know what else to say…we chose another family for the location.

Pina’s welcome was fantastic, she made you feel at home. A simple, wonderful person who was always super helpful. Places like this are becoming rarer. Don’t change it.

A beautiful property tucked in the quiet, green countryside of Marche, ideal for those seeking relaxation and authenticity. The room is spacious, well cared for, functional, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a truly pleasant stay. The real added value, however, is undoubtedly Lorenzo and his mother Pina: genuine, available, and remarkably kind, who welcomed us warmly from the start and made us feel right at home. It really feels like we’re guests in their house, not just a property. Their sincere hospitality makes a real difference, and combined with the beauty of the place, it makes the stay even more special. We remember this experience with great pleasure and highly recommend it! P.S. We stayed only one night on our way back from Puglia, but it was enough to fall in love with the place and Pina’s lovely cats, so many purrs 🥰

It turned out to be a magical place! From late afternoon until the early morning, the temperature was cool and pleasant, while everything else was sweltering. In 30 minutes you can visit both sea and mountains. They welcomed us like family and pampered us. The garden, the dogs, and … the stars were wonderful. Thank you. Absolutely nothing else.
