There was one staff member, a driver of an electric vehicle, who was very attentive and enthusiastic with guests; his name is Dũng. He deserves a higher salary than other staff because of his professional service attitude. The attitude of the check‑in desk staff was poor when guests complained about being asked to check a code at the entrance. There were two problems: first, the check‑in system was not integrated, so guests were asked outside and then asked again inside; second, when guests complained about being asked too many times, the staff became irritable. My family was always left out in the side dining area, where the food was not as diverse as the main counter, and the sashimi was displayed outside in the heat, which seemed to spoil and caused two family members to have stomach upset the night before.

The place was clean, the staff friendly and enthusiastic, and the natural scenery was amazing. The dinner buffet could use a menu upgrade and more attractive discount policies.

The area is huge, with fascinating landscaping around the valley, hot springs, and onsen‑style Vietnamese tradition buildings. There isn’t much to do in the evening if you’re with kids.
