The breakfast at the diner was very good, and the spacious suite with balcony and kitchenette was quiet. The location is great for trips to Banff.

The hotel sits right on the highway, making it easy to reach. We noticed the management took criticism seriously and had already made changes, such as adding normal dishes at breakfast and allowing us to sit in the conference room for standard seating. The breakfast was very good from our perspective. The fitness room was also well maintained. Our six‑person family found the room size to be very suitable. We felt the hotel manager was very present and seemed genuinely interested in our well‑being. On the downside, we wished the housekeeping had shown more attention and care. There is still room for improvement, especially in thoroughness and attention to detail. For instance, the sofa bed was not made when we arrived and it wasn’t made the following day either. Each day, at least three shower towels were missing. The floors in the hotel lobby also seemed to need more care.

The room was spacious. The kitchen wasn’t clean, and the equipment was subpar.

The lady at the front desk was very rude; after booking, we had to wait 20 minutes before she checked us in.
