Condomínio Vista Azul Hotel

“Estadia ótima, anfitrião deixou a desejar”

The accommodation was very good. I told the host on Monday that I’d be checking in around 8 pm to 9 pm, and he confirmed that, but when I arrived the host hadn’t told the hotel, which was very awkward after a long trip; at 21:55 the host finally informed the hotel about my reservation, which was really annoying.

Everything is great; I love staying at Vista Azul for its quality and consistency. Since I’ve been staying there from the beginning, I’ve noticed that lately the hotel seems less well maintained: litter, dirty pools, etc.

“Ótima hospedagem.”

The rooms are excellent…new room, clean air conditioning, new and clean mattresses that are very comfortable. The breakfast price is completely illogical, but because the hotel is in a good location it’s easy to find good breakfast options nearby.

“Não confie na descrição Eu fechei um quarto dizendo que tinha uma piscina e quando eu cheguei lá me colocaram em um quar”

The lobby and corridors were spotless, which I appreciated. I had booked a room that was supposed to have a pool view, but when I got there they just handed me a standard room with no mention of the pool. It felt a bit misleading.

“voltarei em breve”

The building itself is solid, the staff are friendly and the whole place is kept in good shape – definitely a nice spot to stay. However, housekeeping was practically non‑existent; after three nights the sheets and towels were never changed and the floor was never wiped. On top of that, the breakfast price at $74 per person is just outrageous.
