“NYAKOE HOTEL KISII EXPERIENCE”
I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, but unfortunately, the TV in my room was not functioning properly. This minor issue didn't detract from my overall experience, though, as the hotel's cleanliness made up for it.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, but unfortunately, the facilities were not well-maintained, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the staff's assistance made a big difference in my stay.
“Exceptional”
During my stay, I was consistently impressed by the friendly and welcoming nature of the hotel staff, from the security personnel to the grounds team. They even accommodated our late check-in with ease, and their organization was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.
“not bad”
The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, but that was about the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, I didn't experience the same level of quality in other areas.
