The staff were extremely courteous and eager to help; the kitchen team even went out of their way to care for us. However, the bathroom amenities and the play area equipment could have been better.

The location was great, but the bathroom plumbing was problematic.

The setting amid nature was stunning, and the garden around the property added to its charm; being close to Jhula Devi Mandir made the place even more grand, and the Coffee House décor was superb. Unfortunately, the heritage property’s maintenance was lacking, the bathing facilities were unsuitable for people like me—especially the enclosed area was too small and the tap alternated between very hot and very cold water.
