The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but the service was rather poor and the TV playing Italian news was loud. The room faced a very busy street and the noise from the McDonald’s below carried into the morning hours.

The location was fabulous, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great. The air conditioning wasn’t as effective as it could have been and it was fairly noisy, but that’s not a big deal—would still come back.

The hotel was clean, the coffee was good, and it met expectations. The facilities, elevator, and bathroom box were okay; it’s a decent hotel but not a 3‑star, maybe 2‑star.
