“Ubicación excelente”

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and respectful, everything is clean and tidy, and they let us leave our luggage at reception before check‑in. The beds and pillows aren’t the most comfortable, but for a couple of nights it’s still very good.

I only liked the location. The personal service from the single person we managed to get, amid many difficulties, was frustrating: he sent a message asking for our arrival time, we replied, but when we arrived we spent almost half an hour calling the building’s answering machine with no response; we called his mobile several times and he didn’t pick up, we texted and he didn’t reply, and only after much effort did he open the entrance door for us. When we reached the floor where the hostel is located he met us, denied that we had called, and when we showed him the call log from my phone it was clear he hadn’t answered; then he couldn’t find the keys to our room—an altogether lamentable experience.

“Ideales Stadthotel.”

The location is very central, with main sights and the beach within walking distance. The older building and a charming room offer a view of the courtyard, making it very quiet in this bustling city. There is no breakfast, but many nice cafés and bakeries surround the area. The bathroom is very cramped.

“Todo perfecto”

La reservación era para unas amigas y me han comentado que todo está muy bien, que no es la primera vez que se alojan ahí, por céntrica y porque está bastante bien, en relación comodidad - precio . Todo les gustó a mis amigas
