The property was clean, with a nice room, air‑conditioning, and close to the centre. We had no complaints about the room itself. However, we had purchased the “breakfast included” option and were disappointed to find no fresh bread, croissants, focaccia, or any savory items—only pre‑packaged store snacks on the table, which is not a real breakfast. The host initially offered a small refund for the missing breakfast and asked us not to leave a negative review on Booking, but he failed to honour that promise. After several requests and messages, he refused to refund, claiming the account number was wrong, but when I provided all bank details, he changed his story and still wouldn’t refund. It’s very disappointing. Another drawback is the steep stairs into the building and on the second floor, which may be problematic for people with mobility issues.
