有微波爐 洗衣機很乾淨 冰箱很大 廁所乾淨 離車站很近 對面就有711 附近還有全家. 只有樓梯 廁所很小 床單有微小污垢 屋主說加line可以問事情結果都沒回

The experience was extremely disappointing. After booking, I called to confirm a special request but never got a return call. I then sent a message and received an English reply saying the staff member who could handle it had already finished their shift and it would have to wait until the next day, which made me uneasy. I also found that the address listed on the booking page was Nagano Prefecture, which didn’t match the actual location, increasing my distrust. Since I hadn’t checked in yet, I explained the situation, but there was no clear response to my feedback, and I was still charged for the stay even though I never checked in. Afterwards, it seems the address was corrected from Nagano Prefecture to Tokyo following the feedback, but the accommodation fee I paid remains unreimbursed. Lastly, the listing title mentions “Asakusa” and “Ueno” in Chinese, but the property is actually quite far from both areas; it takes about 20–30 minutes by train. Please ensure accurate information is provided. The staff also requested a refund, but the accommodation refused to give it.

The location is great, just a 5–10 minute walk to the station, and the view of the Skytree tower is lovely. There are plenty of restaurants, a 7‑11 across the road, and a bakery by the station. The bathroom is small, but that’s fine for one person.
