The location was good, but the rest didn’t appeal to me at all.

The host reached out at 3 pm during check‑in, saying the apartment was unavailable and offered a different unit that smelled terribly of pee; when I pointed this out she neither apologized nor offered an alternative, so I’m asking for a full refund. The communication was late, difficult, and unsmooth—every time I asked for the Wi‑Fi code, citing that I had no data, she didn’t provide it.
