It’s close to the IIFFA AWARD SHOW, but they charged us more upfront than the booking amount as a deposit that was never returned at checkout—see the pictures. The sheets were smelly and we asked them to change them, but they never did. Ants and mosquitoes were a constant nuisance, and the staff didn’t help. The air conditioner never worked, the fan made noise, and hot water only came after you wasted a few buckets. The shower never worked. The room in the picture was different from what we got, with moisture on the walls. The location is very far inside the property.

There was no water in the morning and the geyser didn’t work—absolutely awful. The booking staff charged us for more days than we actually stayed. Never book this hotel again. The service was terrible, the water was missing, the geyser didn’t work, the staff kept lying every day, the flush didn’t work, and the room was never cleaned.
