A private balcony extends from the Family Room, offering direct outdoor access. Inside, hardwood or parquet floors lead to a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a safety‑deposit box, a minibar, linen, towels, and a wardrobe, while the layout accommodates up to five guests with a crib available. The en‑suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, free toiletries, and a hairdryer.
Excellent privileged location, special breakfast, great staff. Nothing to declare.
Breakfast, service, cleanliness, outdoor space, hotel common areas. The shower took long to heat and flooded the entire bathroom.
“Campos com muita paz e tranquilidade”
The hotel sits in the best spot in Campos de Jordão, with about eight restaurants on the front sidewalk and many more on the adjacent courts. The staff are extremely polite, the breakfast is hearty and tasty, and the room is cozy with a large balcony. We loved it. The only downside was the lack of a bar on the premises, but 50 meters away at the sister hotel there is a fantastic bar/restaurant, so that makes up for it.
