“Comfortable stay!”
Clean rooms, courteous staff, good parking, and solid security, but the bathroom showers and health faucets need maintenance.

The staff and service are very good; Arpita and Ashok at reception are welcoming and always attentive to customer requests. Food is very limited; although they say the restrictions are due to gas supply concerns, even non‑cooking items like milk shakes or juices are not available, and they serve the same menu with limited options every day.
My stay at this hotel was excellent, thanks in large part to the manager, Pratul Sarkar, who was incredibly helpful and professional. The service was also very clean and efficient, which was a big plus. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location was convenient for my needs.

I had a relatively pleasant stay at this hotel, which was a bit of a surprise given the mixed reviews I'd read. The hotel was quiet and not too busy, which was a bonus, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also solid, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for the IT village. However, it was a bit of a trek to get to other areas of the city.
