“Excelente custo e benefício”
The staff were super helpful and the room was comfy and cool. But for the price I'd expect a simple breakfast and better toilet paper refills.
They cancelled my booking citing a gas leak. I think they should check more often to avoid this hassle.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, bed comfy, study desk handy for my work trip, and it's close to Pampulha for walks. The kitchen is a bit neglected; most utensils are old and sometimes not clean.
Great spot, host was super helpful, overall a solid place.
