Giovanni and his partner were incredibly friendly and helpful, even drawing us detailed maps to the Tiger Waterfall and letting me charge my phone after I’d forgotten my charger; the location can’t be beat, just two blocks from the main park on a quiet street that makes it easy to relax, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything was great. The room feels like a cozy little house, the bed is comfy, and the place has a lot of charm, care, and character. Everything is spotless. The town is the most authentic part of the area and the locals are warm and friendly. Giovanni, the owner, is wonderful—hospitality, closeness, and friendliness all in one. You can count on him for anything you need. It’s been one of my best stays in Colombia!

The spot was great and the place roomy, and the host was fantastic, offering superb advice on where to eat and what to do and even helping me catch my return bus, though the room did have a slight musty smell.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel very comfortable. The room was damp and a bit cold, but the host supplied blankets.
