The staff are absolutely wonderful—from reception, to the bar, to the chauffeurs and restaurant crew, all amazing. The only downside is that you can call room service as often as you like but no one answers, and for a 4‑star you’d expect a bit more room renewal (modernizing) and a full minibar fridge, especially in a suite!

Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, haben wir ausfallen lassen. Der Rest war sehr gut!. Man könnte die Prozedur mit dem Parken noch besser vorab erklären. Man wird am Parkplatz südlich der Burg von einem E-Wägelchen in Empfang genommen, der dann zur Tiefgarage vorwegfährt und der einen dann mit Gepäck zum Hotel direkt an der Hafenpromenade bringt. Ein Bild von dem Treffpunkt und ein Hinweis, nicht auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz an der Schranke ein Ticket zu ziehen sondern davor zu warten, wären hilfreich
