“From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The staff were so kind and the place felt like home.”
The staff were welcoming and heartwarming, even giving us cookies as a thank‑you. Thank you so much ❤️
Friendly service, breakfast included in the room rate, everything was great.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect because it sits right across the street from the city hall.
The staff were very kind, accommodating, and available 24/7. The room was very clean, with a good fridge, great air‑con, and lighting. The dressing table was also a welcome addition. Breakfasts could be better and the water pressure was low.
The staff were so kind to us, even giving us a gift at departure, they are amazing. They also kindly accepted our request to shift the arrival date, even though they weren’t obliged to. The room was very good, thank you for the wonderful welcome!
