I was a bit disappointed by the lack of a personal welcome (though it was advertised), but the staff at breakfast were perfect and the management was also excellent.

I stayed in a nicely located, quiet place with a very tidy room that had good beds, clean bathroom and everything else was spotless. I don't have any complaints.
