I liked how close the hotel was to the metro, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a bit rough, with many drug users in the streets.
“Shout out to Stephanie! Worked miracles for us.”
Everything was straightforward and uncomplicated, and nothing was wrong.
“Migliore scelta e miglior hotel di NY”
The best stop on my road trip, a historic building that was clean and fragrant. I arrived at 13:00 and they let me check in early, upgraded my room for free (thank you, it made my stay wonderful), and the next day I could park my car inside the hotel. The beds were huge and comfortable, the window was large and openable, there was a small wardrobe, and the bathroom was enormous and luxurious. The air‑conditioner was silent, and there was a fridge and microwave. The hotel offered 7 parking spots, and nearby parking costs 25$ a day. There is a mezzanine with breakfast that has a wide variety of sweet and savory items, drinks, and fruit. I didn’t know breakfast was included, and it was a great surprise; coffee and cappuccino were available 24 h. The reception staff were very kind and cleaned the room daily. I paid 450$ for 3 days in August, which made my vacation possible. The metro is a 3‑minute walk away and Times Square is 20 minutes by bus. I would choose it again and recommend it to everyone. The only downside was that at 10 a.m. breakfast closed, and even though there was still food in the display cases, they removed it (fresh food that should have been kept, a pity). Obviously the hotel can’t be blamed for the area, but there are many strange people on the street. For single women or sensitive people it might be better to pick another area.
“Staff was amazing!!!!!!”
The hotel was close to Yankee Stadium, but the area felt a bit unsafe.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, with no outside noise. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. The bathroom needed cleaning; there was mold in the shower grout and around the sink rim.
