An amazing hotel, top‑class service 👏🏾

The staff were friendly and efficient; many didn’t speak English but got help from colleagues and solved our issues. The complimentary airport shuttle was handy, the elevators were modern and fast, and the lobby felt spacious and cool. Cold water and tea were always free at the little bar, as was a small amount of fresh fruit and the coffee supplies left in the room each day. Breakfast was average: lots of savory options but no pastries. Our suite was roomy and welcoming, with a sunset view you won’t forget; the bathroom, though lacking a bidet, was stylish with a large shower and very fragrant, high‑quality toiletries. The spa was nice, offering sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. The bed earned a perfect 10—only the pillows were a bit too soft, but the linens were luxurious and the mattress was very firm, so we woke up truly rested. Late checkout could be arranged for a fee until 17:00; after that the full night rate applied. The large pool wasn’t spectacular, and the loungers (available even in low season) were uncomfortable without cushions, forcing us to bring towels from the room. The sea was beautiful but the beach was poorly maintained. The balcony was tiny—just two chairs and a small table—offering a nice sea view but not front‑row. Overall value for money was low; for the price, especially in low season, we expected much more. Compared to the Furama Resort in Da Nang where we stayed last year, this place feels a step below.

“Marvellous hotel”

We absolutely adored our 7‑night stay at this hotel, calling it the best we’ve ever had in Vietnam. Every aspect was flawless: the front desk, door staff, kitchen, cleaning crew, and kitchen personnel like Sang and Lap were all friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable, and the location right near Duong Dong’s center offered a great selection of restaurants. Our room was huge, featuring a balcony with a sea view – simply amazing! The entire property, inside and out, looked stunning and was impeccably maintained. The swimming pool was sensational, crystal‑clean, and right next to a lovely beach. Breakfasts were comprehensive and excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying on Phu Quoc Island. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.

“Bon hôtel, bon séjour”

Great hotel with solid amenities, spacious rooms, and a fairly complete breakfast. The location was superb and easy to reach by scooter or taxi. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
