It’s in a rural area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, very quiet, with a village a few minutes’ drive away. The manager is very kind, and the lodging is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. It’s about an hour and a bit by car from Pisa, Florence, and Siena, surrounded by beautiful towns and landscapes, and Terricciola is one of Tuscany’s wine reference cities.

The biggest advantage of the apartment is the terrace, which was exactly what we wanted. The views of the vineyards and nearby villages are wonderful. Cinzia is a very pleasant and helpful host. The kitchen has all the necessary pots, pans, etc., but it lacks real dinner plates; the ones provided are more like children’s plates, yet we managed. It’s quiet and peaceful, and there’s a bakery and a butcher nearby with excellent porchetta. The problem is the air‑conditioning: in the bedroom with the double bed there’s no way to lower the temperature because the only unit is in the kitchen and doesn’t reach the bedroom. Also, the AC probably isn’t serviced often enough.

A very good place for a vacation. Everything you need is there – clean pools, a BBQ, etc. The hosts are nice and they have their own wines.

De ruimte. 3 slaapkamers en een eigen badkamer was voor ons gezelschap heerlijk. De eigenaren zijn echt super vriendelijk mensen, hele leuke aandacht voor onze zoon van 1,5. Het zwembad was heerlijk rustig (bijna constant voor ons zelf)

The location is idyllic; I’ve never felt so calm and peaceful than here. Everything is perfect and such a beautiful place; everything we needed was there and we will return as often as we can. I’ve travelled many places and this is up there with the best. Thank you for another wonderful time.
