“Ok do spokojnego przenocowania”

I’d say the overall experience was decent. The staff were pleasant, parking was hassle‑free, check‑in and check‑out went smoothly, and the place was quiet and calm. The room had a bathroom, a small fridge, a desk, a TV, and the bedding and towels were clean. Smoking was prohibited throughout the property. On the downside, the bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was sagging, there was no blinds on the window so it got very bright after sunrise and I had to move a towel over the window, and there was no kettle in the room (only at reception). The general cleanliness was only moderate, and if the hotel took a little more care it could easily be a 9/10.

“Nie będę wspominać”

I can’t say I liked much for the price I paid. The location was poor, and the room didn’t even have tea bags or coffee or a way to boil water. I had to buy a 5 zl coffee at reception. I feel the price was grossly inflated for that stay.

“Porażka”

I don’t recommend this place at all. My girlfriend and I arrived at 12 am after a long trip. I handed the staff all my data, showed my e‑citizen card and full passport details, and gave my girlfriend’s ID. Even with all the documents, the staff member said, “Unfortunately we can’t check you in” and refused to let us in. There was zero flexibility, no professionalism, and a complete lack of willingness to help a client in the middle of the night. If you don’t want to be left without a roof over your head at 24:00, stay far away from this place!
