The hotel’s basic facilities and staff were unacceptable. The lobby had no restroom—what if someone urgently needed one? The front desk man named Eudor had a terrible attitude until I negotiated, after which it improved. Soundproofing in room 510 was poor; I could hear the neighbor boiling water.

The location was good and the air conditioning was very cold. However, there was no bottled water provided. I could only use the water dispenser on floors 3, 5, or 7, which was inconvenient. I stayed on the 7th floor next to the dispenser, and it was still troublesome—by the next morning the dispenser was empty.
