The location was very good. Right in front of the property is a bus stop that conveniently reaches many places. The overall value for money was acceptable. Unfortunately, there were serious cleanliness and comfort issues. The shared toilets became dirty again after one or two hours, forcing us to use them in that state for the rest of the day. Some toilet doors were damaged or lacked handles. Soap and toilet paper were repeatedly missing. While we could point this out to staff, it should be obvious that communal bathrooms are regularly inspected and kept clean, and basic hygiene items are always available. The room itself was far from comfortable. Windows were leaky, letting cold air in. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. The duvet covers were noticeably smaller than the duvets, so at night we had our feet directly on the shared duvet. The sheets were too small and kept sliding off, putting us in direct contact with the mattress. This was very unpleasant from a hygiene standpoint. Overall, the room felt uninviting and not particularly hygienic. There were also no hangers or simple ways to hang clothes or store them neatly.
