“Worst of worst experience”
Nothing good at all. The service was pathetic, the staff was rude and ignorant and seemed to have an attitude problem. 1. I had to ask about 100 times for soaps, water bottles, towels, etc., but nothing came. 2. I booked with breakfast included, yet without any notice they imposed a rule that each person could order only one item and only one plate, meaning I had to leave with a half‑full stomach. 3. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes. 4. I ordered a Thali, they literally ordered it on Zomato and served it; nowhere did the booking mention they don’t have their own kitchen, and even if they did, the food was pathetic. I can go on and on. Not worth booking at all.
