I booked a stay, paid, and drove 70 km through the mountains, only to find out that the hotel had been closed for a long time. The owner said I could cancel because it was a mistake, and Booking acted the same way. Unfortunately, their error cost me a lot of fuel, a lot of nerves, and left me stranded for a night on the road with no accommodation. No reflection or even a word of apology. I sincerely do not recommend it. Everything about it was unsatisfactory.
