The place itself was spotless and felt safe, and the rental desk staff were on point. Unfortunately the resort’s service left a lot to be desired—especially the pool waiters, who seemed completely uninterested. It was a real let‑down after such a good start.

Good value for the money and the restaurant served decent food, which made the stay worthwhile. Nothing else really stood out, but I didn’t have any major complaints either.

The overall experience was excellent, but the pull‑out sofa in the room was far from comfortable for a night’s sleep. It was fine for sitting, just not for actually sleeping.

Location, vibe, and comfort were all spot on, making the stay pleasant overall. The downside was the staff—some seemed downright rude and showed little interest in helping guests. That attitude really soured the experience.
