The reception staff explained everything well and spoke English fluently. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it’s close to the city centre with a private onsen. The hotel parking is a bit far from the accommodation and it costs extra.

The tatami room was comfortable and the hotel was super clean, plus the location was great. The staff were very kind, breakfast was okay, and the public onsen was good.

I stayed in a twin room that was a good size, and the futon beds on the floor were comfortable enough. The place was super clean and the private onsen worked well; they handed out robes and slippers for the public baths, and tea and coffee were free. Breakfast was basic but did its job. The only downside was that it’s a 15‑minute uphill walk from the train station.
