We arrived in the dark, our room was beautifully lit with candles and we felt enchanted. We also booked the candle‑lit dinner, which I highly recommend – a wonderful atmosphere, good food, and live musicians. Our children were thrilled.

We loved our stay. The room exceeded my expectations, it was really big and clean, with also nice bathroom and huge balcony. The food was delicious with very friendly service. The atmosphere created by the candle light is truly magical and the kids loved it. It's a bit weird that the all the light fittings and switches are in place, just no bulbs. Are the candles really needed or part of the show? in any case we loved it

The staff were amazing, and the hotel felt like a museum full of history, wonderfully preserved and decorated. It was a fantastic stay.
