The best part was the location, it’s unbeatable; the décor is also lovely, the rooms and the bathroom are very spacious. The downside is that there is no dining room. Every single noise from the rooms next door seeped in, you could hear them snoring and all the activity in the adjacent bathroom, which was very unpleasant and a lack of privacy; I would not stay there again.

The location right in the heart of Puebla is wonderful, and the room is very well maintained despite its age. The downside is that the sink had a leak at the bottom and you’d get your feet wet every time you turned on the tap; there is no parking, they have an agreement with an external public parking lot that costs extra, so you can’t enter or leave at any time.

The hotel is pretty and has high ceilings, and the location is excellent. It needs a bit of upkeep, there was a leak in the sink, on the first day they put coffee for the room’s kettle and the next day they didn’t. My kids’ double room was very cramped and hot.

I loved the décor; it was something that kept that essence, I really liked how spacious the rooms were, the view, the balcony, and because it’s central you hear more movement, but that’s part of its charm.
