“Boa escolha”

The location is great—you arrive from the port and just have to climb the hill, the inn is right there. The town center is super close with many great dining options. From the front of the inn and the pool you get a wonderful sunset view, which was the best part for me. I stayed in a room without a view, but I still had access to the pool view and the chairs in front of the inn. The pool is nice, and the inn offers paid laundry service. The room had air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, a TV with good options, and the double bed was large and comfortable. There was a hair dryer in the room, which I find very important in beach destinations. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every two days, and the bathroom had a small sliding window for ventilation, soap, and shampoo. Outside, there was a little tap to rinse your feet before entering the room (for those who hate stepping on sand inside). I would stay at this inn again. I found the breakfast a bit weak, and because it was a room without a view or a balcony, there was no place to dry wet beach clothes, though I saw that other room options had that.

The lodge is flawless. Its spot is perfect, even letting you skip the luggage‑handling service because it’s right next to the entrance on Morro. Plus, it’s super close to the little town, the lighthouse, the zip‑line, and the beaches. The accommodation blew me away – never seen one so gorgeous, with a flawless view. The staff were friendly and very polite. You’ll enjoy the peace only found in Morro.

“Ótima escolha com pôr-do-sol!”

The lodge sits nicely near the pier, the church and the main square. I didn’t have to pay for a luggage‑carrying service. The Second Beach is only a 10‑minute walk away. I loved my room (18), which offers a stunning sea view and sunset. It’s spacious, the bed is comfy, the air‑conditioning worked well, and the minibar (filled with water) chilled everything nicely. There’s an open wardrobe that helps keep things organized. The linens had a fresh, clean scent when I arrived. There’s a TV, but I didn’t use it because I couldn’t find any free channels; if you want Netflix, just log in. The bathroom is roomy, with a large sink counter to hold a toiletry bag and a great hair dryer. I should note the shower had low water pressure; I mentioned it and they fixed it. There was another issue with the water being too hot and not adjustable, so they offered me another suite, which I accepted – they did what they could. They were great! Breakfast was varied, with fruit, cakes, bread, cold cuts, and juices – all tasty! I also enjoyed the pool, the beautiful view, the great lounge chairs, and the option to order drinks. The elevator (funicular) was a big help for getting to the room every day. The lodge is close to Toca do Morcego, but the sound from there doesn’t bother you when the windows are closed because the glass blocks any noise. I’ll definitely stay there again if I return! I loved it and recommend it! The locker didn’t close completely, so a bit of water splashed onto the floor, but nothing serious.

Top location, no long trips with luggage. Professional, smiling, and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, pleasant pool. Room 3 was average, with mediocre bedding and a bathroom that wasn’t very bright. Value for money was average to me.
