The hotel overall looks nice, yet the room we got was far smaller than the 33 m² we booked—only about 22 m² including the bathroom and tiny balcony. We told the staff that the room size info was wrong on both their site and ours, and they promised to investigate, but we haven’t heard back. The wooden entrance door was warped, poorly sealed, and didn’t close tightly, leaving big gaps that rattled in the wind; we had to use thick tissues to keep it in place. Sound insulation was awful—we could hear other guests, children shouting, doors slamming, and loud conversations, and we were woken up almost every morning around 7:00 a.m. A small lizard also appeared, hiding behind furniture and making noises at night. The hotel still has many things to improve, especially detail and maintenance—some walls were dirty or stained. On the bright side, the air conditioner and ceiling fan worked properly, and the September price was very good. Overall, the property has potential, but the accuracy of room descriptions, soundproofing, maintenance, and attention to detail need work.
