Breakfast was very good with many options. The room was cleaned well daily. The street garbage pickup near my windows was loud and woke me up twice. I would ask for a different room next time

The spot was great and the rooms stayed spotless, but the staff only mentioned parking fees the next morning. When I tried to pay, I handed my credit card for a deposit and asked to settle in cash; they said I couldn’t and that the full amount would be charged to my card with a week‑long reversal, which is absurd and had already drained my trip budget. As a Canadian in the U.S., I also faced extra foreign‑transaction fees even though I paid cash the next day, making the whole experience frustrating and disappointing—definitely not a place I’d return to.

“Would probably consider staying again if opportunity arises.”

The location was great and the front desk staff were very friendly. I appreciated that they offered transportation to and from the airport and to cruise ships. The bathroom was clean enough but clearly needs an update; the bathtub’s enamel was completely worn away.

The location was nice and the suite was spacious, clean, and the breakfast was good; they also gave us shower robes and towels that were nice. The first staff member was awful—he didn’t give us water when we arrived with a baby after a long walk at noon, kept telling us to get it from machines that didn’t work, and later we learned there was water in the gym area but he wouldn’t point it out; he was completely rude and mean.

“Enjoyable one night stay at this central hotel, prior to taking an Alaska cruise”

The staff were professional and polite, the room was large and clean, and the hotel was close to most major attractions. No negatives.
