I got a cheap rate, but when my child woke up he had several itchy spots on his face, hands, and neck. I first thought it was dust mites, but since there were many international guests, I asked if it might be bedbugs. After the trip, I immediately checked with an iron, but they said nothing appeared, which made me suspect they were lying. I sent a photo of the bites, and they repeatedly said they had checked with an iron and found nothing. When they sent me a photo of the futon, I was confused and wondered what to do. If they had considered bedbugs, they should have arranged a professional inspection sooner rather than relying on an iron. I had to push them to do so, which was very uncomfortable. In the end, they confirmed it was not bedbugs and sent me a report, but I still think dust mites were present because something was biting us. Their communication was one‑sided and exhausting.
