The staff were very friendly and welcoming; Claudia made breakfast with great coffee for a good start to the day, the room was spacious, and there were plenty of seats outside.

The hotel is gorgeous, a few kilometres from Sulmona’s centre, with plenty of space even inside the room and surrounded by a little park where two pools sit; one is better than the other, and I swam in both. The city is still close enough. The room is spacious, well maintained, quiet, with good air‑conditioning, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. I really appreciated the welcome in the room—a bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo as a gift for guests. The staff were friendly; the young man who was there when we arrived was generous with his attention and escorted us to the room. Breakfast was definitely good and varied. I would recommend staying here if you don’t want to dine in Sulmona, because the hotel’s restaurant cooks many excellent specialties of the fantastic Abruzzese cuisine. Overall, everything was of excellent quality.
