The staff were well-trained and attentive, and the dive organization ran smoothly. The breakfasts and meals were homemade but excellent. The owner’s attitude was off-putting; arriving late at night we felt unwelcome, as if the place was poorly organized like an Airbnb. Rooms were poorly arranged, forcing us to figure out how to settle in ourselves because the planning was faulty. Flexibility on our part made it work, yet it felt as if no one was there while he was busy with colleagues. We had warned in advance about the road situation, but he didn’t appreciate it and left a bad taste that only improved with the excellent service from his team. Reservation adjustments were difficult, and the electronic tools were misused, giving the impression they weren’t actually used for bookings.
