“Great Location very comfortable and clean”
The bed was very comfortable and the location was great.

I’ve stayed at Adam Suites many times and usually love it, so I was a bit disappointed this time. Maybe it was the room I got, which didn’t live up to the price. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower had perfect water pressure; the bathroom was very clean. The location is a big plus – close to the station and the Jordan area, just 2 seconds from my favourite bakery, Saint Jean. The staff are always friendly and I can’t fault them. However, the noise isolation was terrible: a gap in the entry door let me hear everything in the corridor and from my neighbours, to the point I felt someone might be trying to get into my room. I was travelling solo, so it was unsettling. I could also hear people upstairs walking around. I had to play nature sounds on YouTube to drown it out. Small cosmetic issues also stood out for the price: the walls had dark or powdery white marks I wasn’t sure what they were; the bathroom shelf with the dryer was water‑damaged and looked like a woody mess. I paid extra for the balcony I didn’t use because it didn’t match the pictures and looked worse than expected. The bathroom design was lacking – I’m tall, and the sink and toilet were positioned so there was very little legroom when sitting; my knees hit the sink cabinet, and the only way to sit was sideways, which was uncomfortable. For the room price, that’s a real discomfort. I mentioned the noise issue to a staff member who apologized and said the building is old, so noise could be a problem. She suggested booking a higher‑up room next time. I would still give Adam Suites another try, just ask not to be in the same room. I booked my family a stay there this winter, so I hope this was just a one‑off and that future visits will match the great experiences I’ve had before.
