The place was quiet but a long way from the city center. There was no front desk, emails went unanswered, and the staff at the pump had to read the sign. I don’t recommend this spot.

The TV didn’t work, there was no Sunday breakfast, and I found myself stuck in the bathroom because the door wouldn’t open.

We had no pool at all, despite the listing for Hotel Salida showing one. When we arrived they said we were booked at Hotel Salida 2, which is a different building higher up that also lacks a pool. They mentioned that if we wanted to use a pool we’d have to pay extra. We tried it and drove up to the second building because we were exhausted and had kids. The staff member was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was filthy: blood stains on the sheets, what seemed like animal droppings, unclean toilets left by previous guests, and fresh towels simply stacked on top. Dust covered the balcony, spiderwebs were everywhere, and there were hundreds of bird droppings—an unbelievable mess. We left right away. It was also one of the priciest hotels in Prilep. Photos show the room at check‑in.

The staff were friendly and the shop was open 24/24. The restaurant closed at 10 am and there was no pool on the premises.
