“Molt bon hotel. Molt bones instal·lacions. Personal gentilissim.”
The hotel is great, with elegant and spacious rooms that offer beautiful views and are very comfortable.
“Hotel eccellente”
The guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel, praising its excellent level of service, diverse dining options, and spacious rooms.
The hotel staff's exceptional service was a highlight of my stay, but the location left something to be desired. The staff's friendly demeanor and prompt assistance made up for the subpar location.
“Extremely uncomfortable stay, completely below the standards expected from an international hotel chain like Sheraton”
Unfortunately, this Sheraton hotel failed to meet my expectations in terms of comfort, with a range of issues affecting my stay. While the breakfast was a highlight, it was not enough to compensate for the problems I encountered. The hotel's inability to provide a comfortable environment, coupled with language barriers and maintenance issues, left a lasting negative impression.
The guest was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness but found the coffee-making process confusing, preferring the smaller packs.
