The hotel's location was its biggest selling point, situated right in the bay and within walking distance to the local shopping area
The food at this hotel was fantastic
The staff were very attentive, from the front desk to the housekeeping, restaurant staff, and bartenders.
The breathtaking ocean views were truly stunning and made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings

“Regular”
The price felt far too steep for what’s actually offered, and the food selection was pretty limited while the hotel didn’t provide any activities at all; the beach loungers and chairs were only clean once during my stay.
Nothing positive. The security staff were very rude and tried to cancel my service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exceptional and exquisite food, a large and clean pool, and attentive staff who met all our requests. The rose petals left in our room as a decorative touch were a lovely surprise. However, I did find the bathrooms to be quite far from the beach, and the room cleanliness could be improved.

The employees need customer‑service training; they give instructions reluctantly, sound automated, never smile, don't greet you, and don't wish you a good trip when you check out. That might be minor, but when you’re treated nicely you’ll definitely come back. The lobby bar area is tiny and fills up after the nightly show, so you end up in your room; there are no board games to pass the time.
