The staff were friendly upon arrival, but when checking out the price difference with the reservation value was shown; even when the lady added the amounts on the bill it was wrong. Then, when paying with the reservation card, I was told I had to pay in cash or by transfer because otherwise a 5% surcharge would apply. Very unfortunate situation.

The noise was impossible, both from outside and inside; the bathroom cleanliness was terrible. I arrived early on the day of my stay and requested breakfast, telling the staff I would take the included breakfast because I’d be leaving early the next day and wouldn’t have time for it, yet they still charged me because I decided not to take it. Customer service was awful. I won’t stay here again or recommend it.
