The staff were kind, and over the four breakfasts we had, the menu changed slightly each time. When we wanted coffee to take away from our room, a staff member handed us a disposable cup, which made the experience pleasant. No drawbacks to mention.

The location was convenient, close to the evening dining spot, and the rooms were clean; bringing my own toiletries was a minor inconvenience but acceptable given the low price. The linen delivery for consecutive nights was satisfactory. Overall it was cheap, clean and handy. However, the level of service varied noticeably between staff members—some always smiled, while others wore frowns that left a clear sense of dissatisfaction. New or off‑day employees are understandable, yet I expected at least a basic friendly demeanor from everyone in a hotel. Also, leaving taxi arrangements entirely to the guest felt odd; a smile costs nothing and would have boosted satisfaction.

The breakfast was top-notch, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The restaurant itself was also really spacious and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed that the room wasn't cleaned every day, which was a bit of a letdown. And to make matters worse, there was no light next to the bed, which made it hard to read or relax.

The location is a major plus, with bus stops to remote islands and sights just a short walk away, and the airport even closer. Markets and restaurants are also within easy reach, making it a great base for exploring. The only downside is that the hotel's proximity to the airport means you can hear planes taking off and landing, which can be a bit of a nuisance.

Having a range and fridge in the room was a big plus, and the free gas dryer was a nice touch. The hotel's eco-friendly approach was also appreciated. However, the location of the gas dryer on the outdoor staircase was a bit of a pain, as it was hard to find and use.
