The location is great and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The location and rooms were not ideal.

Room was clean, comfortable, well looked after. Room had complimentary items for guests that were useful during our stay, nice and quiet. Accomodation staff were really friendly. We had dinner in the adjoining tavern, dinner was nice. There was a stand out staff member in the bistro bar, she was a really friendly young American lady with great customer service. Some of the female american staff in bistro, public bar and gaming room were rude and unfriendly and unwilling to be helpful. Some even rolled their eyes and made smart remarks when simple requests were made like asking for cutlery for our meals or to change money in the gaming room. This is a major failure in this premises and was a real let down. We would have given top scores all round if we didn't encounter this bad service with certain staff members in the tavern

Room service was available and the layout was lovely, with a bed that was mega comfy.
