Location and decoration. 1. The absence of lift, specifically if you need to carry heavy luggage up the stairs; 2. Lack of sufficient choices for breakfast: I wish I had been told when making the booking that there are 3 options for a pre-prepared breakfast which must be eaten inside the bedroom

The location is fantastic with easy transport and handy surroundings, the décor and facilities feel cozy, and they thoughtfully provide free snacks and drinks, but the air‑conditioner is quite noisy and the shared Wi‑Fi isn’t very reliable.

The room rates are very reasonable, but the location is a bit far from the MRT station.

The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable, though getting around was a little inconvenient.

The location was great and I liked the small snacks area, but the beds were on the floor which was annoying, the AC didn’t cool well and I woke up sweating, and I would have liked proper blackout curtains.
